Viewing Workspace Information

The Workspaces module in Cloverhound Cloud is designed to make viewing workspace information simple and efficient. This guide walks you through the steps to view workspace information, including their name, SIP Address, and relevant calls.

Viewing Workspace Information​

  1. Navigate to the Workspaces Menu: Access the Workspaces module by selecting "Workspaces" from the main menu.

  2. Click the Workspace's Name: On the Workspaces page, locate and click the name of the specific workspace you want to view.

  3. Explore the Workspace's Information: After selecting a workspace, you will see a detailed view with three tabs:

    • Details Tab: Displays essential information about the workspace, including their provider ID, full name, and SIP Address.

    • Numbers Tab: Lists all phone numbers associated with the selected workspace.

    • Calls Tab: Shows a table of all calls involving the workspace, including relevant details such as date, time, duration, and call participants.
