Monitoring Module

The Monitoring module gives administrators visibility into the health of Cloverhound Cloud's background work and the activity of the Cloverhound Screen Monitor desktop app. Use this module to confirm that browser-based automations are healthy, and that screen monitoring recordings are being captured as expected.

What's in This Module

  • Monitoring Dashboard — a single-page view of real-time call activity, agent state, queue health, and browser monitor telemetry, with system overview metrics and an agent locations map.
  • Browser Monitor — synthetic sessions that exercise core user journeys.
  • Call Flow Tests — end-to-end synthetic tests that place real calls into your platform to verify IVRs, auto attendants, queues, and agent routing, organized into test cases, schedules, and runs.
  • Screen Monitor — captured screen recordings linked to interactions, surfaced from the desktop app.
