Viewing End User Information

The End Users module in Cloverhound Cloud is designed to make viewing end user information simple and efficient. This guide walks you through the steps to view end user information, including their name, email, phone number, and relevant calls.

Viewing End User Information​

  1. Navigate to the End Users Menu: Access the End Users module by selecting "End Users" from the main menu.

  2. Click the End User's Name: On the End Users page, locate and click the name of the specific end user you want to view.

  3. Explore the End User's Information: After selecting an end user, you will see a detailed view with three tabs:

    • Details Tab: Displays essential information about the end user, including their provider ID, full name, and email address.

    • Numbers Tab: Lists all phone numbers associated with the selected end user.

    • Calls Tab: Shows a table of all calls involving the end user, including relevant details such as date, duration, and call participants.

By following these steps, you can easily view end user information, which helps in verifying and maintaining the accuracy of your database.
