Introduction to SFTP Settings

The SFTP Settings tab in a Dialer Campaign allows you to automate the flow of campaign data in and out of Cloverhound Cloud using a secure SFTP connection. This eliminates the need for manual file transfers and keeps your campaign records synchronized with external systems.

In this section, you will learn about:

1. Export Settings: Automatically push campaign results to an SFTP server on a daily schedule.
2. Import Settings: Automatically pull CSV files from an SFTP server at regular intervals to keep your campaign records up to date.

Prerequisites: At least one SFTP Connection must be configured in the Admin section before SFTP imports or exports can be enabled. Contact your administrator if no connections are available.
