Campaign Management Module
The Campaigns module is where you create and operate outbound dialer campaigns. A Dialer Campaign is a list of records — people or accounts to contact — paired with the rules, schedules, and dispositions that govern how and when those records are dialed, retried, and closed.
Core concepts
| Concept | What it is |
|---|---|
| Campaign | The top-level container. Holds all records, settings, and rules for one outbound effort. |
| Record | A single contact entry in a campaign — a phone number (or set of numbers) to dial, with its current status and history. |
| Dialer Result | One dial attempt against a record's phone number, including the provider outcome, agent, and timing. |
| Disposition | The outcome label your organization assigns to a record after a call — drives retry, close, and DNC behavior. |
| Dialing Rule | A conditional rule that fires on a result or status and takes an action (retry, close, schedule callback, etc.). |
| Schedule | The time windows during which a campaign is allowed to dial. |
What you can do here
Campaigns
Create and configure dialer campaigns, set their type (preview, progressive, predictive), assign schedules, and manage their lifecycle. See Campaigns.
Records
View and manage the records inside a campaign — their status, phone numbers, callbacks, and history. See Records.
Dialer Results
Inspect every individual dial attempt across campaigns — outcomes, agents, durations, and provider codes. See Dialer Results.
Importing Records
Load records into a campaign via CSV upload, automated SFTP pull, or Salesforce sync. See Import History and SFTP Import.
Dispositions and Rules
Define the outcome labels for your campaigns and the rules that act on them. See Dispositions and Dialing Rules.
Schedules and Holiday Lists
Control when campaigns are allowed to dial with recurring weekly hours, date-specific overrides, and full-day holiday blocks. See Schedules and Holiday Lists.
Do Not Call List
Manage the numbers your campaigns must never dial. See Do Not Call List.
Reporting and History
Track campaign activity over time with counter snapshots, reschedule history, agent stats, and scheduled reports. See Records History, Reschedule History, and Scheduled Reports.
Salesforce Integration
Pull records automatically from Salesforce using Data Sources and Data Source Links. See Data Sources.
