Viewing Auto Attendant Information
The Auto Attendants module in Cloverhound Cloud is designed to make viewing auto attendant information simple and efficient. This guide walks you through the steps to view auto attendant information, including their name, phone number, and relevant calls.
Viewing Auto Attendant Information

Navigate to the Auto Attendants Menu: Access the Auto Attendants module by selecting "Auto Attendants" from the main menu.

Click the Auto Attendant's Name: On the Auto Attendants page, locate and click the name of the specific auto attendant you want to view.

Explore the Auto Attendant's Information: After selecting an auto attendant, you will see a detailed view with two tabs:

Details Tab: Displays essential information about the auto attendant
- Name
- Phone Number
- Extension
- ID
- Location Name

Calls Tab: Shows a table of all calls involving the Auto Attendant, including relevant details such as date, duration, and call participants.

By following these steps, you can easily view auto attendant information, which helps in monitoring and managing your auto attendant system effectively.
Note: The calls table can be filtered by date range and other criteria to help you find specific call information quickly.
