The Trunk Concurrent Calls in Cloverhound Cloud provides a detailed view of trunk and trunk group usage within your organization. This report allows administrators to analyze call concurrency and make informed decisions about capacity and resource optimization.

Getting Started

To access the Trunk Concurrent Call Summary:

  1. Navigate to the Trunk Concurrent Call Summary section in Cloverhound Cloud.
  2. Choose either the Per Trunk tab or Per Trunk Group tab depending on your analysis needs.
  3. Apply filters such as Date Range and Trunk or Trunk Group.
  4. Click Apply to generate the report.
