Interaction Details

The Interactions module in Cloverhound Cloud is designed to make viewing the interaction information simple and efficient. This guide walks you through the steps to view the interaction information.

Viewing Interaction Information​

  1. Navigate to the Interactions Menu: Access the Interactions module by selecting "Interactions" from the main menu.

  2. Click the Interaction's magnifying glass: On the Interactions page, locate and click the magnifying glass of the specific interaction you want to view.

  3. Explore the Interaction's Information: After selecting an interaction, you will see a detailed view with three tabs:

    • Details Tab: It displays essential information about the interaction, such as the channel type, direction, from and to details, timestamp values, result, and provider reference ID.

    • Legs Tab: Lists all the legs associated with the selected interaction.

By following these steps, you can easily view interaction information, which helps verify and maintain the accuracy of your database.
